Working with Alyssa and Chase was truly the best time. From the planning process all the way through the wedding day, they were such a fun couple, and their celebration reflected that perfectly. Their wedding took place at the Tuscan Estate at Monserate Winery in Fallbrook, one of our personal favorite spaces at the property. With its stone accents, olive trees throughout the courtyard, rolling vineyards, and views of the waterfall, the venue already has so much natural beauty. Even in December, the vines were still full while taking on those deeper fall and winter tones, creating the most beautiful backdrop for their day.

The morning began at the Tuscan Estate, where Alyssa and Chase got ready separately with their wedding party in the bridal and groom suites. Alyssa shared the sweetest first look with her bridesmaids before taking some bridal portraits around the property. When it was time for Alyssa and Chase’s first look, her bridesmaids walked her over to Chase, which made the moment feel even more special. After seeing each other for the first time, the two exchanged personal vows privately—a quiet, intimate moment before the celebration officially began.

Following their first look, Alyssa and Chase explored Monserate Winery for portraits, taking advantage of so many of the property’s beautiful backdrops. We also made our way over to Villa de Fiore, Monserate Winery’s other estate venue, which gave them even more variety for their photos. Between the stone architecture, greenery, vineyards, and Tuscan-inspired details throughout the property, every location felt unique while still tying seamlessly into the overall feel of their wedding.

For the ceremony, we chose the Tuscan Estate courtyard, and it was an absolute stunner. Bentwood chairs lined the space while florals framed the aisle leading toward a raised ceremony stage accented with additional blooms. Behind it all were views of the vineyards and waterfall, making an already beautiful ceremony design feel even more magical. As guests arrived, they were welcomed with a live violinist along with a thoughtfully styled welcome sign and welcome table. The music continued as Alyssa made her way down the floral-lined aisle to Chase for one of the most memorable moments of the day.

After the ceremony, guests transitioned into cocktail hour, where tray-passed appetizers and a hosted bar featuring signature cocktails awaited them. One of our favorite design moments was the seating chart, styled with sconce lighting and statement floral arrangements in urns. Guests looked incredible in their wedding attire against the Tuscan-inspired surroundings, and the live violinist continued playing throughout cocktail hour. It created such an elevated atmosphere while still feeling relaxed and celebratory, the perfect transition into the reception.

The reception was one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding. Long tables filled the room, layered with flowers and plenty of candlelight for a warm, romantic atmosphere. Alyssa and Chase’s head table became a major focal point, with three-tier modern chandeliers suspended overhead for a dramatic statement. Black charger plates, black-and-white napkins, and a mix of bentwood chairs and light rattan back louis chairs brought contrast to the design, while a subtle touch of deep red on the menus gave a nod to the season with their wedding taking place just a few weeks before Christmas. The finished space felt sophisticated, romantic, and perfectly suited to the Tuscan Estate.

And then it was time to celebrate. Alyssa and Chase wanted their reception to feel like a party from the very beginning, so after an incredible grand entrance with the full wedding party and newlyweds, the DJ immediately opened the dance floor for the first 15 minutes. It brought instant club energy into the room and set the tone for the rest of the night. From a cigar bar and an traditional hora dance to a stunning three-tier wedding cake, meaningful toasts, and a packed dance floor, there was never a dull moment. Alyssa and Chase’s Monserate Winery wedding was elegant, romantic, and incredibly fun, the kind of celebration that reminded us just how lucky we are to do what we do.
