Leanne and Xavier had a beautiful outdoor summer wedding. The day started off with the two getting ready in separate rooms, anticipating the day with their friends and family. Rancho Bernardo Inn offers some unique and stunning spots and I’m so glad our photographer was able to capture these details. It really brings together the beauty of the day.

Our couple chose to have their ceremony at their church, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, just a few minutes away from the Rancho Bernardo Inn. The ceremony was special and intimate and truly embodied the love the couple shared for each other and their loved ones.

After the ceremony, our newlyweds paused for photos by the breathtaking church doors. Driving back to the inn, they shared a quiet moment, emphasizing the importance of taking a few minutes alone on the wedding day. This time allows you to slow down, absorb the excitement, and focus on each other. Your wedding day is about the two of you, so savor those intimate moments together.

The bridesmaids adorned a variety of styles and colors, creating a stunning collective look for the wedding party. They sported stunning bouquets filled with pops of dark blue, white, and whimsical greenery, the perfect pair to their attire. The groomsmen sported sharp light grey suits, while the groom opted for a distinguished dark grey suit to stand out.

During cocktail hour, Leanne and Xavier took the opportunity to explore the venue and capture intimate photos. Rancho Bernardo Inn provided an abundance of picturesque settings to serve as backdrops. Surrounded by majestic cypress trees and exquisite florals, the couple delighted in the natural beauty enveloping them.

I absolutely adored bringing this design to life while collaborating with Leanne to manifest her vision. Her desire for a classic design with pops of blue guided our choices. Opting for dark fruitwood chiavari chairs added a rich contrast to the beautiful textured cream linens. Each place setting boasted a light blue water goblet, a wine glass, a white and gold charger plate, a white napkin, and a dinner menu adorned with a blue wax seal.

The long tables exuded warmth with the soft glow of candlelight and the charm of whimsical garden flowers. Market lighting and lanterns hung from the trees above, creating a magical atmosphere for the outdoor wedding. The blues in the water fountain seamlessly complemented our design, resulting in a perfectly cohesive and enchanting ambiance.

With a desire for the cake table to make a statement, we chose a luxurious blue velvet linen and centered the design around the florals rather than the cake itself. This exquisite vision came to life through the incredible artistry of our florist, Angelical Flowers, who executed the design flawlessly. Her exceptional work truly made the cake table a stunning focal point, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result.

The reception commenced in style with a dazzling champagne tower, as the couple joyfully popped bottles to set the celebratory tone for the evening.

These photos are an absolute delight! Our exceptional photographer, Jess Living Photo, truly outdid herself in capturing the enchanting ambiance of the dinner reception. The candlelit tables, complemented by the twinkling lights above in the trees, orchestrated a perfect harmony, crafting an intimate and magical experience. As guests toasted to heartwarming toasts and revisited cherished memories, the atmosphere became a beautiful tapestry of joy and celebration.
